My Approach to Counseling and Therapy

With over 20 years experience in the field of psychology, counseling and psychotherapy, I have come to believe that much of our unhappiness comes from "not knowing." Lack of information about how to have healthy relationships, how to cope with adversity, and how to survive and thrive in the world leads people down paths they never intented to go down. At worst, lack of knowledge can shatter our dreams and goals and deliver us to the door of saddness, desperation and hopelessness. At best, lack of knowledge can keep us from reaching our goals and cause us to feel unfulfilled, lonely, or lost. My goal is to help you find the knowledge you need to live a happy, fulfilling life and to make the changes necessary to have that life.

"I can't imagine where my wife and I would be without your help. I am forever grateful for your guidence. We are once again the kind of couple that makes others jealous." ~AD
